Merchandise Shipping
We currently ship eligible Mental Finishes merchandise within Australia.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Processing Times
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for orders to be processed before dispatch.
During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If an item is made to order or requires additional production time, this may also affect the dispatch timeframe.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by postal or courier services are generally outside our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Automotive Detailing Services
Our automotive detailing packages and add-on services are services and are not physical products, so shipping does not apply.
Mental Finishes is a mobile detailing business and travels to customers for booked detailing services. Travel or distance fees may apply depending on the location of the booking.
