Returns & Refund Policy
At Mental Finishes Automotive Detail Services, we want our customers to be happy with both our automotive detailing services and merchandise.
Automotive Detailing Services
Due to the nature of automotive detailing, completed services cannot be returned. Refunds will not normally be provided for change of mind once a service has been completed.
If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your detail, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Bookings, Cancellations & Deposits
Deposits are used to secure your booking and are applied toward the total cost of your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations, failure to attend your booking, or insufficient notice may result in your deposit being non-refundable.
Merchandise Returns
If you receive merchandise that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order details and photos of the item where applicable so we can assess the issue.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Change of Mind – Merchandise
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may choose to offer an exchange at our discretion where the merchandise is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, any return postage costs for an approved change-of-mind exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
