What do I need to provide for my detail?
All we need is access to water, power and your vehicle keys. We bring the detailing products and equipment needed to complete your service.
Do I need to be home during my detail?
No, you don’t need to stay home while we work. As long as we have access to your vehicle keys, water and power, you’re free to go about your day.
How long will my detail take?
Detail times vary depending on the package, vehicle size and condition. As a guide, our Basic Exterior takes around 1.5 hours, Basic Interior around 2 hours, and Full Refresh around 3.5 hours. More extensive detailing and paint polishing may take longer.
What happens if the weather is bad?
As a mobile detailing service, weather can sometimes affect your booking. If conditions aren’t suitable to safely complete your detail, we’ll contact you to organise another suitable time.
